Coronavirus Battle Plan
We are taking the coronavirus threat very seriously. Our job is to keep your property clean. We’ve been classified as an essential service and it’s our duty to keep providing our cleaning services during this ongoing event.
According to the National Institute of Health, the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) can last up to 24 hours on cardboard and 72 hours on plastic! So much of the litter we pick up on properties are these 2 substances. People discarding items that have been in contact with someone who has the coronavirus, could transmit it on those surfaces. Plastic cups, plastic straws, plastic liquor shooters, plastic water bottles, fast food bags, cigarettes, cardboard drink carriers, small Amazon boxes, etc. We pick these up EVERYDAY at EVERY ACCOUNT! They are among the most littered items we see.
We've developed a Battle Plan, based on CDC recommendations, to ensure our provided services continue to keep a clean environment for your community or business.

- In addition to already cleaning and bleach sanitizing all our work tools, Clean Squad employees are now required to sanitize all frequently touched surfaces in their work vehicle and on their digital devices.
- We've provided disposable wipes to our employees so commonly used surfaces (steering wheels, iPhone's, etc.) can be wiped down before and after each use.
- Clean Squad employees are sanitizing their hands and wearing clean work gloves to each account visit. We don't touch any surfaces at your location with our bare skin. Face-masks are worn when necessary.
- Clean Squad employees will not share a work vehicle with different employee. Each employee will work on site from their own clean, sanitized car.
- We've provided employees with alcohol-based hand sanitizers that contain at least 70% alcohol and hand soap for at home use.
- Clean Squad employees have been instructed to stay at least 6 feet away from all residents, contractors, or other persons on site.
